As we look ahead to another year of supporting excellence in student accommodation, we're letting you know that details of your ACoP membership fees for 2026/27 will shortly be shared with your central Finance Team.
For the 2026/27 membership year, fees will be charged at:
£0.95 + VAT per bed space, with a minimum annual membership fee of £200 + VAT for member organisations with 200 or fewer bed spaces.
We hope you agree that ACoP membership continues to represent outstanding value for money. Through access to sector-leading guidance, best practice resources, training, networking opportunities, professional support, benchmarking and specialist expertise, members are supported to maintain high standards, drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional student accommodation and support services. All of these services are in addition to our primary role in assuring assurance compliance and importantly, all at no additional cost to your organisation.
ACoP membership also delivers a significant collective financial benefit to the sector. Through exemption from local authority additional and selective licensing schemes, ACoP members are estimated to save almost £4 million every year in licensing costs. This substantial saving demonstrates the tangible value of membership, enabling organisations to invest more resources in enhancing the student experience rather than meeting additional regulatory costs.
Most importantly, ACoP helps ensure that students live in environments that are safe, supportive, inclusive and conducive to success. By promoting high standards and continual improvement across the sector, ACoP membership contributes directly to better outcomes and experiences for students.
